Contract: full time, permanent
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Product Manager implements the marketing strategy, employs a customer-centric approach that incorporates innovations in market research and development, including Omnichannel. Creates reports that highlight key performance indicators and reflect the complexities of the market.
The Product Manager incorporates industry best practices into recurring Product Management processes. Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market and recommend product enhancements. Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
+ Supports development of and executes marketing plan tactics for key products to drive business growth and profitability in collaboration with Sales & Business Development.
+ Deliver on Surgery sales and forecasts based on brand strategies and marketing programs. Work across all elements of the marketing mix (brand strategy, marketing planning and execution, pricing, launch excellence as applicable, procedural selling).
+ Lead the successful strategy and field support of hospital account conversions.
+ Develop and execute competitive strategies, tactics, and execution
+ Create and execute promotional programs (including advertising, professional education, contracting solutions, congress, digital strategy and media plan development).
+ Monitor and control budget to assess promotional effectiveness. Work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.
+ Ensure completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity. Conducts assessments on new market opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis.
+ Build network with key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting business.
+ Deliver business plan development and execution for assigned brands/products. Identify and leverage customer insights.
+ Partner closely with leadership and critical internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Global Business Insights, Global Education Solutions, Supply Chain & all support functions (IT, Finance, HR) to develop and execute defined Business Plan.
+ Design and drive the implementation of appropriate, measurable Sales Force Training Continuum to ensure the improvement of critical for success skills within the team in collaboration with Comm Ed.
+ Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures.

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have/are:
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (business, marketing or related field is preferred)
+ 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, channel management, or a related field, within the healthcare industry – MedTech experience is highly desirable.
+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively across teams.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
+ Language – Polish (Native/Expert), English (Advanced)
+ Ability to travel 25-50% (domestic & international travels)
