We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our Card Program.

Responsible for the end-to-end management of the card product, from strategy and development to launch and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver a seamless, secure, and innovative card experience for our customers.

  

Role Responsibilities

Product Strategy & execution

• Define and execute the strategy for the card program aligned with the overall business and customer objectives >> Roadmap definition and execution

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to define product development and identify new opportunities.

• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Cross functional collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to define and deliver product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding product updates, requirements, and priorities.

Product Development and Lifecycle management

• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to development, testing, launch, and post-launch improvements.

• Develop clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and define the backlog to guide the team’s work.

• Ensure timely delivery of features and products with a strong focus on quality, performance, and user experience.

Operations Management & Third-Party Vendor Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the card program, ensuring seamless card issuance, activation, transaction processing, and customer support.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including card manufacturers and payment processors, to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

• Regularly evaluate third-party performance, and ensure that vendor operations align with our operational and customer service standards.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and work with relevant teams and vendors to implement process improvements.

  

Risk and Compliance management

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all features comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• Proactively manage and mitigate any product-related risks, ensuring a secure and compliant offering.

  

Performance & Optimization

• Continuously monitor the performance of the card product through data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations to improve user engagement, card activation, and overall usage.

Customer centric innovation

• Champion the voice of the customer, gathering insights through surveys, data analysis, and direct customer interactions to ensure the product meets user expectations.

• Identify areas to improve the customer experience, including card activation, digital wallet integration, transaction notifications, fraud protection, and loyalty rewards.

Role Requirements

• +5 years in product management or product ownership, with experience in digital banking, financial services, or payments.

• Proven track record of successfully managing financial products, preferably in the card, payment, or fintech space.

 • Strong understanding of payment systems, card features, digital wallets, and cardholder benefits.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and interpret product performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with card network providers (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) and payment gateways.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2).

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools like SQL, Excel, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
