Domestika carefully curates the teacher roster and produces all the courses in-house, to ensure a high-quality online learning experience for everyone. Today, the online community is home to over 6 million people from around the world who are curious and passionate about learning new creative skills.

What does a Product Manager – Growth do at Domestika?
• Define and develop the requirements and the strategy for the new features, collaborating with the Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams.
• Guide the Engineering team in the development of new functionalities while effectively communicating the product requirements.
• Help develop prototypes and concepts.
• Build user stories and manage the backlog of each sprint using the agile development framework.
• Monitor product usage metrics by collecting information to propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the entire Product team to develop a long-term product vision and roadmap.

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience as a product owner/manager.
• Background in growth, business analysis, or marketing is welcome.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: acquisition, retention, onboarding, discovery, e-commerce, revenue, and payments.
• 2+ years’ experience working in agile software development environments such as Scrum.
• Advanced level of English (fluency in Spanish is desirable).
• Experience in managing software projects for mobile applications, including Android and iOS, and/or web.
• Healthy obsession for delivery and impact.
• Good communication skills with technical and design teams.
• Experience in coordinating projects with multiple people working remotely.
• Mastery of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Shortcut.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
