Product Manager – Latin America Dispenser Solutions

As product manager, you will focus on driving the execution and strategic planning of a diverse product portfolio, encompassing various lifecycle processes such as product research, market analysis, and competitive positioning. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and championing customer needs, the person in this position aims to define product strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful commercialization and sales performance.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
+ Drive the execution and planning of the assigned product/offering portfolio. The scope of the work would typically include planning lifecycle processes for products, product research, market research, managing key partnerships, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch/commercialization.
+ Own key product performance KPIs such as revenue, DM%, etc., and deliver results by collaborating closely with other functions such as engineering, production, marketing, sales, customer service, etc.
+ Define product strategy and roadmaps. Translate product strategy into market requirement documents that outline high-level use cases, a prioritized set of needs to define MVO, and key functional and non-functional requirements. Work with commercial, finance, and other functions to develop business cases and actively monitor it during various stages of the product development lifecycle for effective decision making
+ Be a champion of customer needs and satisfaction. Drive field connection through Gemba, VOCs, customer demos, and pilots on both new and existing offerings and products
+ Develop pricing, product positioning, and messaging that differentiates GVR offerings across primary market segments.s
+ Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives, value propositions for effective sales, and marketing communications plans.
+ Support the development of sales training tools and materials and actively engage with regional marketing to support any sales, customer training, and demos.
**WHO YOU ARE**
+ · At least 6-8 years in Product Management (preferably from an Industrial, IT/ITES background)
+ Experience with Agile Development
+ Corporate Entrepreneurial Mindset
+ Experience and ability to deal with ambiguity, especially while building requirements for offerings/solutions in relatively new/unknown areas and distill it to define MVOs, product vision, strategy & roadmaps
+ Experience in building value propositions, sales & marketing tools
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Preferably technical background or demonstrates comfort with technology
+ Ability and experience in working effectively with third parties (forge partnerships) to get to the market & outcomes faster
+ Ability to read and speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish
+ Ability to travel +/- 25% of the time
