Product Manager – Platform Integrations

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead platform integration projects with third-party providers. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of integrating external systems with Criteo’s platforms, starting with Salesforce. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and efficient experience for customers and internal teams.


What You’ll Do:

Own Integration Projects: Lead the integration of multiple third-party systems with Criteo’s platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.Drive Process Improvement: Streamline and automate key processes such as customer onboarding, account management, billing, and payments.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support teams to gather requirements and prioritize solutions.Manage Execution: Coordinate with Engineering and Business teams to deliver integration projects on time and within scope.Measure Success: Define and track key performance metrics to assess the impact of each integration and communicate results to stakeholders.Expand Integration Portfolio: Develop a roadmap for future third-party integrations that enhance the functionality and scalability of Criteo’s platforms.Who You Are:Product Management Experience: 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or system integration projects.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, data synchronization, and CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and developing scalable solutions.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple integration projects with competing deadlines.Collaboration Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional and vendor teams.Analytical Acumen: Confidence in using data and metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate project impact.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$126,800 - $184,400
