Taboola is looking for a Product Manager to join our Taboola News Wallpaper Product team. Taboola news wallpaper is a new, fun and innovative lockscreen product that is used by more than 100 millions users each month across 65 countries. Come work with the leading mobile OEMs, and help millions of users engage with inspiring content on their most valued and frequently visited interface – their mobile device lockscreen.
Our Wallpaper product allows users to access a world of content right from their lockscreen. Users can read articles, watch videos and get news updates without the hassle of unlocking their mobile device. Come join our team to help us build our web based content world.
What are some of the things you will do on a day-to-day basis?
Own the full cycle of product development – ideation, validations, AB testing, in-depth data analysis, discovery with R&D, specs writing, launching, monitoring. And then iterate, and iterate again. Prioritizing Features: Assess and prioritize feature requests and product enhancements. Creating Product Roadmaps: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline for upcoming releases and feature launches. Collaborating with Design, Content and Engineering Teams: Work closely with design, content and engineering teams to translate product requirements. Monitoring and Analyzing Metrics: Work closely with Analystes and track KPIs to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Commit to results, and report on progress. Present to the company executive management on a quarterly basis. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product managementWhat are the skills a good Product Manager needs to have?
4-5 years of experience in Product Management for B2B2C/B2C mobile/web products. Experience with web applications technologies. Experience with content mobile/web products – a BIG advantage! Experience with user facing products. Solid intuition about UX and product design. Highly analytical, data driven, and tech savvy. Skilled at solving complex problems. Strong outbound capabilities – successfully worked with global clients and partners. Strong leadership skills – prioritizing and effectively working with an engineering team. Strong project management skills – managing complex processes across multiple teams and external partnerships. Verbal, sharp, making solid arguments. Experience formulating and articulating the right messaging and narratives and presenting them to different forums. Strong communication skills and excellent English, required for daily communications. Superb team player, happy, fun to be with – a total must! Willingness to travel once a quarter.
