The Position

Job Summary :

Develop marketing strategy well and implement marketing campaigns and lead projects;

Develop portfolio strategy and conduct New product pre-planning from commercial perspective;

Closely collaborate with cross-functions to improve overall portfolio performance, including Global HQ, Access, Medical, Product Development, etc.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities

Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunitiesFamiliar with New product pre-launch process and key efforts, and can lead cross-functions to collaborate on new launch excellenceParticipate in brand strategy and action plan development and communication with the brand team and cross-functional teamDevelops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive market.Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.Establishes pricing strategies. Works with R&D, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).Drive execution excellence in innovative projects/campaigns managementSeamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharingProvide support to department projects and take initiative in creative ideas of execution excellenceCommunicate and collaborate effectively with other brand relevant departments

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Bachelor aboveMedical, marketing preferredMBA preferred

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

MNC background or Consulting Firm Experience in Pharma or Healthcare PracticeMinimum 5-8 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales or Healthcare Consultancy 2-3 years Pharmaceutical or relevant Marketing experience preferred, Oncology or Hematology preferred>1 years New Product Pre-launch and strategic planning experience preferredVery good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-drivenStrong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
