Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic vision for payment product offerings in designated markets, setting clear objectives and goals. Collaborate with the Head of Product and other PMs to create & maintain a product roadmap. Lead the design and development of new payment features, focusing on the preferences of the target audience. Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the payment offerings, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction. Provide operational direction for information systems and technology.

 

Required Qualifications

Experience with payments is mandatory and if possible with PIX. Proven track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools, and techniques. Comprehensive understanding of the product management lifecycle, agile, and lean methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships with others. Proficiency in English.
