Product Manager 2 - Retail Media, Advertising (Hybrid - Seattle)
Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager 2 who will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through delivering exceptional advertising experiences on Nordstrom owned properties. These experiences will support our brands’ success and help our customers feel good and look their best.

Job Summary:

As a member of the Nordstrom Media Network and Nordstrom Product Management teams, you will help drive forward our customer experience through increased relevance and enhanced customer journeys resulting in improved engagement and the growth of the media network. You will operate at the intersection of product management, ad sales, operations, merchandising, experience design, and engineering. Additionally, you will work across the broader Nordstrom digital product organization to build, launch and test ad products that complement the digital customer journey. You will use data-driven insights to build and implement a roadmap of ad experiences and capabilities. You will make product decisions that align with the guiding principles of the media network: enhance the customer experience, connect customers with brands, drive partner performance, and build products that are uniquely Nordstrom.

Product Strategy and Vision - Contribute to a product vision that is aligned with company goals and business priorities and evangelize with your squad and key stakeholdersContinuous Discovery and Insights - Monitor key KPI performance, and keep current with customer and market research to provide insights for continuous improvements and feature opportunitiesPrioritization and Planning - Prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlogDefinition and Decomposition - Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurement plansCollaboration and Influence - Collaborate with the Media Network, Experience Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to create meaningful experiences for our customersDrive Impact - Embed with the Engineering squad to drive progress against deliverables through day-to-day management of backlog, agile ceremonies and launch planning

You own this if you have…

1-3 years of product management experience or equivalent with sponsored ad products or other retail advertising technology experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferredBasic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including Agile development and a/b testing methodologiesAbility to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering, User Experience, and MarketingStrong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to various levels within a matrixed organizationProficient in data analysis and performance metrics, especially advertising metricsStrong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding organizational and time management skills

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $103,000 - $188,500 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
