Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Research and Development team. This position will define product requirements and roadmaps, perform market analysis, estimate ROIs, and support sales and marketing for the drive portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesDefine product requirements and align technology with those product requirements to define the best products for the marketWork with hardware and software development to maintain product development schedulesSolicit and incorporate customer and end user feedback to further improve our productsSupport the sales organization with product datasheets and application notes for product use casesRespectfully champion new ideas and features, big or smallResponsible for marketing activities related to the products both online and in-personOwn the NPD process and documentation for each productWork with system integrators to utilize the products in their solutionsPerform cost reduction programs on existing productsEssential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME). A Master’s degree and/or MBA is a strong plus.Understanding of electrical motor control theory and its applications.Strong interpersonal skills to focus on important topics, manage time, and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of professionals.Experience supporting budget planning with ROI calculations.Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
Full benefits- health, dental, vision, Life, $401K, etc. Company shut down between Christmas and New Years. Bonus potential included in role.

This is a fully onsite position in Franksville,WI.
