Product Manager

Join our Go-To-Market team as a mid-level Product Manager and drive the evolution of our industry-leading Fraud and Identity products. You'll be responsible for defining and delivering product strategies that help customers combat fraud and streamline identity verification, enabling frictionless digital customer acquisition for government, financial institutions, and beyond. Your work will shape the future of our Biometrics service, AML/CTF protection, and fraud risk minimization capabilities.

What you’ll do

Market Opportunity Assessment - Analyze data and evaluate competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities to support overall Market Understanding; Gather data to support identification of customer needs and define elements required to meet customer needs

Product Definition - Contribute to prioritization of opportunities & begin to understand product trade-offs; Support review of  buy, build, partner approach to further develop product understanding and options

Product Strategy & Planning - Contribute to the development of business cases and product roadmaps used in product strategy and planning sessions 

Product Delivery & Launch - Provide descriptions and requirement definition for product development; Prepare for and support product launch in market

Growth & Portfolio Management - Monitor product adoption and use, and collect customer feedback to support product lifecycle management; Track and monitor product performance including revenue and margin for the products supported; Collect, analyze and interpret data to support conclusions and/or present insights and findings

What experience you need

3+ years of product management experience in an enterprise environment

Demonstrated experience conducting market scans, including competitor analysis, market driver analysis, and legislative/regulatory environment assessment, specifically for New Zealand.

Proven ability to validate, enhance, or create product strategies based on market research findings

Experience engaging and working with customers

Experience in vendor management, particularly with vendors reselling products.

Demonstrated ability to be curious and autonomous in complex environment 

Proven experience working in a Product Management environment is a plus

Demonstrated experience being able to present visually to audiences

Proven experience influencing cross functional stakeholders
