Cornerstone is looking for an
enthusiastic and creative Product Manager to join our Product team to
help drive innovation that will delight our customers. We are looking for someone who will
relentlessly pursue understanding of our customer pain points and partner with
product development to drive new product solutions that drive customer value
and ROI. In this role you will translate ideas into strategies that lead to new
features and will follow product development from start to finish.
In this role, you will be a key member
of the product team responsible for delivering solutions that improve a
flagship product while innovating for the future. This role will collaborate
closely with sales, customer success, design, marketing, and other
cross-functional teams to support execution of our product roadmap, and product
go-to-market strategy. This role sits within a global organization, and you
will be required to work with a global team.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of Product Management experienceDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design and marketing/business counterparts to deliver SaaS productsAbility to communicate with design resources to bring design prototypes to lifeProven capability translating broader mission into big ideas and tacticsDemonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matterExcellent communication, negotiation, writing, and presenting skillsHave written multiple vision/strategy documents and PRD’sSuperior quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsAbility to brainstorm, think outside the box, and engage with others for guidance and feedbackProven record of working with technical teams with strength and aptitude to defend your ideasStrong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to think strategically and execute methodicallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desiredExperience working directly with customersAbility to identify customer’s major problems and unarticulated needs through various methods like feedback sessions, and surveysDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentHas worked in highly collaborative companies across time zonesConsideration for privacy and security obligationsIndustry knowledge of recruiting, talent management, learning management, reporting and compliance Demonstrated understanding of product management tools to include Jira, prioritization methods, and roadmap planning tools.Deep experience in web technologies, SaaS and API offering requiredExperience with Agile software methodologies
