You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership abilities and a passion for technology to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This key role will work with the team to:Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needsConduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and make informed product decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and sales, to define and prioritize product requirementsLead the product development process, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and finalizing product featuresManage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectivesDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvementWork closely with the operations team to understand their needs and drive product adoption As a member of WebMD Health Services, you may have access to confidential information that will require you to follow additional protocols to ensure the security of our data. qualifications, skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field3 years of experience working as a Product Manager in the SaaS companyExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong leadership abilities with a focus on driving resultsProficient written communication, verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience with Agile development methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentHighly organized individual with successful multi-tasking skillsKnowledge of the latest trends and advancements in technology and well-being. 
preferred:BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldVietnamese nationalityPossesses Agile certification
