As a product manager, you will be responsible for providing critical leadership and guidance concerning the development of one or more products within ConGlobal’s technology portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Responsibilities Product Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities including ideating nd planning a winning product. Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new and current product opportunities and areas for improvement. Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners · Developing product pricing and positioning strategiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Facilitate communication and alignment between different teams to drive towards common objectives.Feature Prioritization and Roadmap Management: Develop business case and rationale for new product investments. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.  Create a backlog, write user stories, and manage  Scope and prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource constraints. Manage the product backlog, make trade-off decisions, and ensure that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to customers and the business. Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision.  Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.  Ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.User Experience Optimization: Champion the user experience by understanding customer needs, conducting user research, and collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and engaging product experiences. Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback and usage data.Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct competitive market analyses, monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Stay informed about industry developments, market/competitive trends, customer needs and emerging technologies that could impact the product roadmap, product positioning in the market.Stakeholder Management: Articulate the product plan, communicate product plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders internally and externally including executive level management. Build consensus around product decisions and advocate for resources and support as needed. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.Marketing Support: Create or assist in creating Product-specific launch materials, collateral and messaging for product releases. Coordinate with members of marketing team to ensure Brand consistency and connection across product lines.Sales Support: Develop the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process; Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why.  Perform product demos to customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of success in product management roles or a similar capacity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for building products that make a meaningful impact.Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Product board.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Nice to Have

Experience developing products for logistics environments.Experience developing products that include hardware, software, and cloud computing elements.Experience developing products according to regulatory and safety requirements.

 

Location: Remote with 25% - 50% travel
