What will you be doing?

Barclays Capital Inc. seeks Product Manager in New York, New York (multiple positions). 

Manage the execution of orders throughout the trading platforms and primarily assisting users and stakeholders with their execution needs.Drive the product development of the trading platform as well as perform business and system analysis.Liaise with stakeholders including client/external vendors, coverage team, technology, risk, management, compliance, and operations as part of their functions.Develop and maintain new and existing Prime Services relationships, with a focus on equity execution.Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.Responsible for risk monitoring, assisting with any client questions or issues as they arise, and helping with new deployments and client onboarding’s.Utilize a wide range of product knowledge required to help drive thought leadership in the evolving equity execution industry.May telecommute.

Salary / Rate Minimum/yr:  $188, 504 per year

Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $250,000 per year

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.

Purpose of the role

To execute trades and manage risk within a defined portfolio of financial instruments and staying informed about market trends and developments to make informed trading decisions. 

Accountabilities

Execution of buy and sell orders or pricing of liquidity in various financial instruments while adhering to the bank's trading strategies and risk parameters.Monitoring and analysis of global financial markets, economic indicators, news, and geopolitical events to identify trading opportunities and assess market risks.Management and monitoring of the risk associated with the trading portfolio and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to gather insights and information for trading decisions.
