About the role

Within this role, you will join the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience team. This team is responsible for leading our clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation and typically provides clients with the following services: discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement. 

As part of your role as a Product Manager, you will be expected to: 

Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market needs. 

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. 

Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. 

Oversee product development cycles (e.g., Agile sprints) to ensure timely delivery and quality of products. 

Ensure that product solutions meet business and customer needs while balancing technical and resource constraints. 

Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers. 

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user engagement, and profitability. 

Identify and address product issues, risks, and bottlenecks proactively. 

Conduct regular customer interviews and focus groups to understand user pain points and opportunities. 

Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative features and best practices into the product. 

Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that products meet the real needs of users. 

 

Skills we’d like: 

3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or Customer Experience understanding user needs and then developing solutions, products and services to meet these and link to broader outcomes 

Familiar with Service Design, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design or similar techniques 

Familiar with the end-to-end design lifecycle (discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement) 

Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research 

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

Ability to engage and build relationships with client partners and users 

Strong workshop design, stakeholder meeting and facilitation skills 

  

This role is UK based and may require UK domestic travel, as the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK.
