Job Description:
GenAI Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Product Manager to drive the development, implementation, and success of AI and machine learning products tailored to the accounting and finance sector. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, accountants, and business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance services and increase operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead efforts to explore and integrate generative AI technologies, ensuring they are aligned with both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.
This role is essential for guiding time-sensitive projects, including managing product roadmaps and overseeing strategic AI/ML initiatives (e.g., Copilot, AWS collaborations). You will be instrumental in aligning these initiatives with the company's vision and ensuring product-market fit (PMF). This is a hybrid role - 3 days a week in our Atlanta location.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-focused products.
- Demonstrated experience in managing products in the accounting or finance domain is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven decision-making skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new AI/ML technologies and concepts.
Tools & Technology:
- Experience with product management tools such as Notion and GitHub.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and collaboration tools is a plus.

Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define & communicate the long-term product strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall company objectives
and stakeholder needs.
- Lead the vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, including new product innovations like
Co-Pilot and strategic partnerships like AWS.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI technologies, enhancing our product offerings & staying ahead in the market.
Product and Project Planning & Development:
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, UX/UI, & accounting teams) to prioritize product features &
ensure timely, successful product launches.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Continuously track and analyze product performance, leveraging KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback loops from customers and internal teams to drive feature enhancements and product iteration.
- Ensure all AI/ML products adhere to compliance and security standards in the finance and accounting domain.
Market and Technical Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, emerging AI/ML technologies, and competitive products to inform strategic
decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the viability of AI/ML models, technical feasibility, and scalability of products.
- Assess the impact of AI/ML products on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business value.
