Product Manager
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Product Manager in Orlando, Florida. This role is within the technology and digital industry and requires a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for leading the ongoing implementation of our food and beverage supply chain technologies. Responsibilities: • Support the Lead Product Manager in developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle. • Lead the implementation of existing goals on the product roadmap for food and beverage line of business. • Collaboratively work within a cross-functional matrix organization to align strategies, understand issues, define requirements, guide work, and schedule it for release. • Support new feature launches by partnering closely with business, operations, and support teams. • Continuously improve our technologies, through active collection of end-user feedback and prioritization of capabilities and refinement of objectives. • Gain a deep understanding of current systems and configurations to provide implementation direction and support as the systems are used in new locations. • Facilitate the documentation of technology and processes. • Collaborate with business and technology partners to continue implementation of our platform and identify opportunities to continuously improve our food and beverage platform. • Actively partner with multiple critical stakeholders, including business and operations teams, Project Management and engineering Teams, Financial Systems, and release management. • Prioritize initiatives based on business benefit and strategic direction. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in product management • Proficiency in customer service and stakeholder management • Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and metric reporting • Familiarity with operations and budget processes • Proven project management capabilities • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks • Understanding of benefit functions and payroll functions • Leadership skills and experience leading a team • Knowledge of collection processes and retail industry • Experience in implementing digital projects • Ability to conduct forecasting and supply chain logistics • Engineering background is a plus • Experience in collaboration with partners and C-suite executives • Proficiency in configuration management • Knowledge of different frameworks • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
