Product Manager
Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. The role is primarily focused on enhancing the digital experience for our guests and partners. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy and translating it into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements. Responsibilities: • Champion the digital experience for guests, ensuring each interaction is seamless and enjoyable • Assist in developing and delivering presentations to share the digital strategy with executive audiences and organizational partners • Collaborate with design and technology teams to ensure alignment with the strategic vision • Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy for the digital guest experience • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements for our digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites • Support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the digital experience, including product build and content configuration • Understand and execute the digital product strategy for various digital product experiences • Translate the digital strategy into user stories, business requirements, and other product documentation • Lead and maintain feature development and backlog, ensuring priority decisions are driven and roadblocks are removed • Collaborate on-call to ensure the successful uptime of the digital experience as needed Requirements • Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology and related tools such as JIRA and Go. • Proven experience in customer service, including the ability to manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships. • Demonstrated ability in documentation, including the creation of Business Requirement Document and Test Cases. • Strong design skills, with an emphasis on designing user-friendly websites and mobile apps. • Experience in delivering effective presentations to partners and C-Suite stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and foster teamwork. • Prior experience in merchandising, preferably within the e-commerce application sector. • Familiarity with monitoring tools and configuration management. • Proficiency in payroll functions. • Experience with digital marketing and copywriting. • Knowledge of Power BI and its application in business analytics. • Familiarity with the release process and backlog grooming in a product development environment. • Experience in managing transportation services.
