About The JobAs Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing Cerrowire with technical and commercial guidance for the product development of our wire and cable products. In this critical role, you will lead company initiatives, projects, and strategy execution that leads to commercial success. The Product Manager will interact with contractors, distributors, and cross-functional team members and sales staff. The role requires a strong acumen of a product line P&L, and ability to utilize social media to promote products will also be helpful. Travel expectations for this role are minimal.
What You’ll DoProduct Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Product Financial Performance: Have the opportunity to be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets, maintaining or growing market share and expanding margin.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and priorities.
Product Requirements Definition: Define product features and requirements, prioritize them based on business value and customer needs, and work with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
Product Lifecycle Management: Price setting and management, manage product introduction maturity and sunsetting, SIOP (Demand Planning)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy. Partner to insure quality and delivery are in line with market expectation.
Product commercialization: Coordinate product releases, including planning, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
Product Support and Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, product guides, and FAQs to help sales representatives effectively communicate the value proposition of our products. Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams to educate them on product value, features, benefits, and competitive differentiation. Support the sales teams to pursue new business opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use this information to make data-driven decisions about the product. Monitor and analyze competitors' products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback through various channels, such as surveys, interviews, and user testing, and use this feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Metrics Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and drive continuous improvement.

Required QualificationsBachelor's in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
5+ years of product management or related experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
