Product Manager

Remote / United States

 

HireRight is looking for a Product Manager who can be a market, customer, and user expert. They will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization and establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated B2B SaaS products and services to market from ideation to launch. The Product Manager will deliver customer-focused products and services that increase efficiency and speed up time-to-hire for HireRight’s customers including many of the world’s most innovative and successful companies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needsDrive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activitiesPractice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fitPartner with user experience (UX) and product design team to conduct user research, design sprints, prototyping, usability testing, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysisEstablish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectationsCollaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirementsManage product backlog and create detailed user stories that support the development of new products, services, features, and enhancementsIdentify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and present to senior leadership for sponsorship, budgeting, prioritization, and resourcingCollaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, pricing, and merchandising Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, and/or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience defining, building, and launching successful B2B SaaS productsExperience overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definitionExperience leading and collaborating with large distributed and cross-functional teamsExperience with product delivery from ideation through launch and go-to-market activities

Master’s degree in Science or Business (MBA)Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skillsCustomer-centric with deep empathy and understanding for customers and usersPassionate about delivering great user experience (UX) and product design to help drive user engagement and customer satisfactionHighly “entrepreneurial” with strong ability to juggle between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilitiesDemonstrates deep knowledge of and expertise in multiple product management disciplines and functional areas including:Product and go-to-market (GTM) strategyMarket research and competitive analysisPricing and merchandising strategyCustomer engagement and monetizationUser experience (UX) and product designPrototyping, customer research, and usability testingInnovation and new product developmentProduct roadmap and requirements definitionAgile software development methods and practicesAnalytics, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Business case development and build/buy/partner analysisFinancial modeling and forecastingA/B testing and optimizationEstablishes strong collaborative relationships and partnerships with peers, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across the business including:EngineeringOperationsSalesMarketingAccount ManagementCustomer ServiceFinanceLegalCompliance
