Product Manager
The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning of a product portfolio and provide operational support for existing products. The role requires the ability to develop roadmaps on new and existing products that align with the company’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

General Responsibilities
• Oversees the development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders in our business objectives & product strategy.
• Oversees product positioning in the marketplace, including rationalizing pricing strategy based on market conditions.
• Develop product strategy and optimize product portfolio, providing planning and project prioritization
• Contributes to the pricing strategy through the product life cycle
• Owns the balanced scorecard for their product line and drives the development and execution of the roadmap to improvement
• Addresses operational issues associated with quality, delivery and production.
• Anticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes


Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

• Oversees implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, and digital marketing

• Leads entire product life cycle management

• Travel up to 20 % of the time. International and Domestic travel.
