The product manager at Koushan Pharmed will create the basis for product promotion and sales in line with a prepared marketing plan and approved budget for the products. Monitoring all marketing activities as well as market analysis and developing creative solutions to overcome business challenges in the market in close collaboration with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a relationship with key target KOLs and HCPs (Health Care Persons).Prepare launch plans, marketing plans, and budget files for related products.Develop and execute brand growth strategies and tactics.Prepare Market Intelligence on product performance, customer attitudes, and competition.Support sales team with target HCPs group meetings, co-visits, and on-the-job training to ensure and enhance understanding and execution of products' strategies.Joint fieldwork with the sales team to enhance the implementation of product strategies and also to analyze market needs and market development trends.Train Medical representative.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or an MBA graduate.At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in the pharmaceutical field; at least 3 years of experience as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical field.Strong understanding of marketing and brand management concepts and frameworks.Great negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally.Ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and prioritize work to effectively meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal command of English.Good command of MS Office.
