3+ years of product management experience; prior experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience. Ability to work in a fast - paced environment across multiple locations and time. Zones to drive consensus in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with a highly regulated industry. Fluency with agile methodology, product management tools, SQL, Excel, web analytics and AB. Fluency with testing software and its processes. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a technical disciple (engineering, developerarchitect dev, economics, finance, etc.)
