We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the optimization of Order Fulfillment and Distribution systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Global Distribution Product Tech, you will own and drive product roadmaps, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP Order Management, and data integrations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and proven experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology, processes, and systems to enable measurable improvements in order processing efficiency, on-time delivery, and operational scalability. This role is based in the USA and requires occasional travel (up to 10-15% annually) to ResMed warehouse locations globally.

Product Strategy and Roadmap
Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and optimizations for Order Fulfillment and Distribution systems, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems and ERP (Oracle).Align product strategy with overall business goals to support scalability, operational efficiency, and global distribution performance.Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align on vision, timelines, and priorities for impactful solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a bridge between technical teams (IT, engineering) and business teams (Operations, Sales, Trade Compliance) to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to design and document complex workflows, process maps, and end-to-end user journeys.Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Product Execution
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and global launch.Lead requirements gathering and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are clearly defined for both WMS and ERP optimizations.Manage data integration projects between ERP/WMS and third-party systems, ensuring seamless flow and accuracy of information.Analytics and Continuous Improvement
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as order cycle time, on-time delivery rate, system uptime, and operational throughput for continuous improvement.Use data-driven insights and advanced analytics (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.Simplify complex quantitative data for intuitive understanding, providing clear recommendations to drive decisions.Leadership and Team Management

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a preference for a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.8+ years of experience in Product management or a related role, with a proven track record of driving product roadmaps and delivering scalable solutions.Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan, HighJump) and ERP systems (Oracle) with hands-on experience in feature enhancement and system optimization.Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).Proficient in process mapping and diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar software for documenting workflows.Experience leading data integration projects between ERP/WMS and third-party systems (e.g., APIs, EDI).Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of managing teams such as Business Analysts.Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.Exceptional problem-solving, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.Preferred Qualifications

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $127,000.00 - $191,000.00 USD Annual
