Product Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Target Market Definition: Identify the target market and customer base for the product, including market segmentation and characteristics of target customers.

     Product Positioning and Value Proposition: Develop the product's value proposition and differentiation strategy based on market analysis.

     Marketing Plan Development: Create detailed marketing plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, budgets, and timelines.

     Product Training: Provide internal teams with training in product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure they can effectively sell the product.

     Marketing Promotion Activities: Organize and execute marketing promotion activities, such as product launches, seminars, webinars, etc.

     Customer Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, analyse customer needs and preferences, and provide a basis for product improvements.

     Sales Support: Provide the sales team with necessary support, such as market intelligence, customer cases, competitive analysis, etc.

     Market Feedback Analysis: Analyse market and sales data, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust strategies based on analysis results.

     Product Pricing: Participate in the formulation of product pricing strategies to ensure product prices are competitive in the market.

     Cross-Departmental Communication: Maintain communication with departments such as product management, R&D, customer service, etc., to ensure marketing strategies are synchronized with product development.

     Product Requirement Management: Collect and analyse user requirements and collaborate with the product management team to transform these requirements into product features or improvement points.

     Project Management: Participate in project management during the product development process to ensure the product is released on time and meets quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

     Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or related field

     Strong communication skills and IT fluency

     Good command of English

     Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

     Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management, portfolio management, and NPIs.

     Strong time management, organizational communication, and collaboration abilities

     Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

     Be proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner

     Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals

     Proven excellence in multi-tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals

   Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs
