We are looking for a Product Manager to join our IncoPat Product Management team in Beijing. This is an amazing opportunity to work on developing functional specifications for new or legacy propositions, products and services from definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifecycle. The team is reporting to Senior Manager, Product Management. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in product management.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree or aboveFamiliar with product management process, proficient in demand analysis, product design, user experience and product optimization.Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with technical teams, business units and external partners.Good team spirit, good at coordinating resources and promoting project progress.Have a high sense of responsibility and self-drive.5 years or above data product or SAAS product design experience, intellectual property industry product design experience is preferred.Experience in AI product design is preferred.

Minimum years of experience: 5 yearsBackground with patent product or has knowledge of patent industry

What will you be doing in this role?

Product design and demand management: Responsible for product user experience design to ensure that products meet user needs and have good usability. Clear product functions and features, able to independently write high-quality product requirements document (PRD), design product prototypes, etc.Project management: Be able to make project development plan, coordinate resources, track project progress, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products, and ensure the smooth progress of projects.Product analysis and optimization: Evaluate product market competitiveness and user feedback to continuously improve product features and performance. Use data analysis and user research methods to improve product user satisfaction.Cross-departmental communication and coordination: Work closely with R&D, Marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in product development and promotion.

About the Team

Our team is working for patent related product, develop and manage the whole lifecycle of the product, etc. We achieve this through our focus on industry tracking and grasping, design from business requirements.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
