You Are:

UST is searching for a Product Manager who will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Actively contributes in driving the product vision, approach, after sound product research and discovery through modern product discovery practises

·       Manage Product Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects user needs, business priorities, and market trends.

·       User Story Development: Lead and guide Product Owners within team to create clear and consise user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to guide development efforts.

·       Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Value Roadmap of deliverables to enable the product team to complete work.

·       Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and industry trends to inform product decisions.

·       Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention rates, and customer satisfaction to measure product success.

·       Release Management: Oversee the release process to ensure quality guidelines are met and schedule new features or updates effectively.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Experience: Minimum of 15 years in product management with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

·       Telco Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager in telecommunication industry, preferably building products related to structural engineering

·       Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices; experience as a Scrum Master or similar role is a plus.

·       Technical Background: Knowledge of Digital Twin, AR/XR, web technologies.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

·       Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

·       Preferred Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

·       Proven track record of successfully delivering software products on time and within budget.

·       Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies.

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $110,400-$165,600

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
