Product Manager
Job Title: Senior Product ManagerJob Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, and delivering exceptional mobile user experiences. Responsibilities + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and communicate product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs. + Oversee CRM integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with product goals. + Drive mobile app UX/UI initiatives using tools like Lucidchart and Figma to create wireframes and engaging designs. + Act as a liaison between design, development, and business teams to deliver high-quality app features. + Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the app experience. + Identify, evaluate, and manage risks to ensure successful product launches. + Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy clearly to stakeholders. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience in product management, including mobile app development and UX/UI. + Proven experience with CRM integration and implementation. + Proficiency with Figma and Lucidchart for UX/UI design and workflow mapping. + Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycles and best practices. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-focused mindset. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong writing skills for Product Requirement Documents. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Business, or a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Analytics tools (Mixpanel, UXCam, Amazon Quicksight, etc.). + Experience with A/B Testing tools like Optimizely and Statsig. + Familiarity with agile development methodologies. + Knowledge and enthusiasm for auto / DIY is preferred. Work Environment This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams using advanced tools like Figma and Lucidchart. The environment is fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The position offers the opportunity to drive high-quality mobile app features and collaborate across design, development, and business teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
