As a Product Manager within the 360 Finance team, you will report to the Head of Product, 360 Finance. You are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings, implements new partnerships and guides the end-to-end product life cycle for 360 Finance. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and helping develop appropriate new features and improvements to drive customer value.     Responsibilities  Develop and maintain the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and business value proposition. Document requirements with clarity to facilitate engineering efforts for new features and improvements. Design, establish, and monitor KPIs to guide strategic direction, drive growth, and enhance performance. Conduct market research and manage discovery efforts to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive solutions. Analyze global system performance, reliability, scalability, and responsiveness for optimal solutions. Manage multiple projects, quickly adapt to new tasks, and maintain high-quality work standards. Perform in-depth analyses of business challenges and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee lender-specific requirements, workflows, and system compatibility to ensure seamless integrations. Coordinate release timelines, technical readiness, and support team enablement for smooth operational execution. Configure lender-specific settings, conduct sandbox testing, and coordinate UAT to ensure functionality and compliance. Monitor lender performance, address operational needs, manage release timelines, and collaborate on feature enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Math/Science, or otherwise proven background in financial services/analytics preferred. 3+ years of experience in product management as analyst or product owner or product manager. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with bug/enhancement tracking system like JIRA. Experience with undertaking product research activities such as stakeholder interviews, surveys etc. in partnership with design. Self-starter, team player, curious and eager to learn, flexible, operate with a high sense of urgency and integrity. Very organized, able to thrive in a dynamic environment handling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to map out visual workflows, journey maps, high-level system interactions to engineering and business leaders. Banking or Consumer lending or point of sale financing experience (preferred). Experience with implementing partnerships in the consumer lending domain (preferred). Experience with consumer credit underwriting and related processes (preferred).,

The expected salary range for this position is $74,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.   #LI-REMOTE
