Product Manager
Overview Job Purpose ICE Mortgage Technology is the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. ICE Mortgage Technology solutions enable lenders to originate more loans, reduce origination costs, and reduce the time to close, all while ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality and efficiency. Customer Acquisition is a comprehensive suite of sales, marketing, and borrower engagement solutions integrated with the Encompass platform to attract, capture, convert, and retain customers. We are looking for a motivated team member to help deliver world-class experiences to borrowers and loan officers in both web and mobile applications to transform the home loan process. At ICE Mortgage Technology, Product Manager plays a critical role in realizing the product vision. The ideal candidate is customer focused, self-starter, independent, enthusiastic, strong team player and business outcome oriented. Responsibilities Drive and own product vision and strategy, including articulating the value of the product (e.g. market penetration, or customer satisfaction). Develop and maintain competitive analyses, identify new players, trends and opportunities. Collect and integrate into product strategy comprehensive competitor and market research, as well as analysis of usage/customer needs, customer feedback and technical support data. Drive release of product from concept through launch and adoption. Create and execute roadmap; prioritize features linking business, competitive, and user needs. Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers. Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes. Ensures that requirements meet business objectives while balancing compliance, security, technical feasibility and sustainability. Ensures that business objectives and requirements are fully understood by the technical and UX teams before solutions are designed and implemented. Support Sales, Client Management and Technical Support with escalations. Assist Technical Publications with the generation of client support documents Track and report product performance against established short and long term KPIs. Metrics may include achieving launch milestones, as well as product adoption, quality, defect counts, and reliability. Knowledge and Experiences Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile development processes. Preference for extensive agile experience Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements. Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents. Strong understanding of iterative software development. Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, management and internal/external customers. Attention to details to include ability to follow written and verbal directions and error free written communication Manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication at the same time Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Track record of working effectively with remote teams Understanding of mortgage lending processes Consumer product and mobile app (iOS and Android) experience is required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field required 4+ years of product management experience required Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week. #LI-SF1 #LI-Hybrid California Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in California is between 65,000 - 155,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
