Product Manager

We have an outstanding career for opportunity for aProduct Manager. This position is 100% remote.
Salary: $75,000 - $105,000
As the Product Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to define and execute the product roadmap, collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery, and align product goals with the company's overall strategy. Your primary role is to ensure that products deliver value and stay ahead of market and customer demands to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the CEO to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
+ Maintain a clear and organized backlog of features, enhancements, and technical debt.
+ Manage timelines, sprints, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
+ Act as the primary liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.
+ Support the development team by removing blockers, setting clear priorities, and ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
+ Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends, identify gaps, and proactively position products in the market.
+ Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their voices are represented in the product development process .
+ Lead customer interviews and user testing to validate features and designs before release.
+ Own the end-to-end release management process, ensuring timely and high-quality feature rollouts.
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
+ Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and refine product strategies.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills with experience working in Agile environments.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly .
+ Ability to write and deliver clear, detailed, and actionable requirements for development and UX teams.
+ Technical acumen to understand and communicate with the development team effectively.
+ Strategic thinking with the ability to align product initiatives with broader business objectives.
+ Data-driven mindset and ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with cybersecurity, penetration testing practices, or related industries.
+ Knowledge of security concepts, compliance frameworks, and tools used in pen testing.
+ Experience with product tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
