Product manager Location: Ann Arbor, MI Duration: 6 months Description: Clint is a supply chain technology company that provides real-time transportation visibility and business intelligence for global enterprise clients. As a neutral and independent third party, client simplifies complex global supply chains through a common design language to leverage new and emerging tracking technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative Product Manager to help build next generation web and mobile applications to transform the transportation industry. In this role, you will be required to evaluate new and existing markets, curate a product vision that aligns with our company vision, build a roadmap to execute, research and create comprehensive user personas, build business plans that drive our company forward, and ensure the highest level of customer adoption. Our preferred candidate is an experienced product manager with a strong aptitude in the areas outlined below. However, this position is open to all levels and will be filled by the candidate that best fits the needs of this role. Primary Responsibilities: Develops and refines the vision, roadmap, and features for their assigned product(s) by understanding customers, competitors and potential disruptors, industry trends, solution/product use, and solution/product performance. Communicates the vision, roadmap, features, priorities, and results to all relevant stakeholders Builds an energetic, engaged, and effective team of product owners who will collaborate to deliver value to customers and manage the execution of the features Negotiates with stakeholders and product owner about scope, priorities, and potential approaches Identifies and supports running experiments to learn and then influence the next steps. Use lean and agile principles and practices to decompose large solutions into features that provide incremental value. Defines a successive set of minimal viable products that test assumptions and translate learning into actions. Provides feedback to agile teams as they are building solutions/products to ensure building the desired outcomes. Collects, analyzes, and uses data to drive decisions related to features, priorities, staffing and other areas as needed. This includes defining key performance indicators, leading indicators, and other types of measures as well as working with agile teams to automate the related data collection. Makes and/or facilitates decisions to rollout strategies and go-to-market timing, change management activities and marketing. Owns relationship with 3rd party applications/vendors where applicable When necessary, involved with contract management and looping in legal and finance Leads and contributes to communication, marketing, and training activities to support adoption and use of solution/products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered Proven work experience as a product manager in an agile work environment Proficient understanding of agile principles Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
