Role Overview
We’re searching for a Product Manager to join our Assessment & Certifications team within English Language Learning to develop the next generation of online English testing. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking Product Manager with experience in launching 0-to-1 products to find product market fit and drive growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on, customer-focused PM who is also a compelling storyteller. We put our customers at the heart of our products, so we seek a PM who excels at understanding customer problems, cutting through noise, and executing with excellence and speed.
Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Roadmap Execution:
Develop and implement the product roadmap that not only meets current user needs but also anticipates future market trends. Lead a cross-functional squad including engineers and designers to deliver your product roadmap. Partner with UX research and sales teams to speak with customers to explore and validate product features. Use emerging trends in AI to enhance the product through automated scoring and security. Collaborate on the development of digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers, increase market share, and optimize pricing, trial, and conversion strategies. Continuously monitor product performance through data analysis to drive iterative improvements. Articulate the product story internally and externally, aligning stakeholders and fostering excitement about the product’s value..Candidate Profile:
Minimum four years of experience in product management Experience leading teams to deliver digital products Demonstrated product expertise with a successful record of bringing new products to market Success driving product adoption utilising D2C strategies Experience in agile product management methodologies Experience in education a plus but not required Experience in developing products utilising AI a plus but not required
