Product Manager – Mindbody App/Marketplace 

Shape the future of the world’s largest wellness platform. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketplace team, where you’ll drive key metrics like conversion, retention, and engagement on the Mindbody App/Marketplace—one of the tops global wellness apps, connecting millions of fitness and wellness users with the businesses that help them thrive. This is not just another product role—it’s an opportunity to create meaningful impact at a scale no fitness app has achieved before. 

What You’ll Do  Deliver transformative results: Use data, experimentation, and insights to drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention. Own the user journey: Shape how millions of users discover, book, and engage with wellness services, ensuring seamless experiences every step of the way. Lead with autonomy: Partner with a cross-functional development team, autonomously driving projects from ideation to execution. Unlock user insights: Conduct user discovery and research to identify pain points and craft solutions that resonate. Innovate at scale: Use experimentation and rapid iteration to continuously improve the marketplace experience. Collaborate for impact: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure features deliver value to users and businesses alike. 

 

Who You Are

Proven Impact: Has 3–5 years of experience in building and scaling B2C products, showing clear success through data-driven experimentation and feature launches.  About the right team member

Our engineers work in cross-functional, collaborative teams focused on impact.
