Does that sound like you? **The Opportunity with McKinstry** We are currently seeking a **Product Manager** to join our growing Product Management team in Seattle, WA. The Product Manager will contribute to product roadmaps designed to address business pains and challenges within our current organization. Executing on the roadmap includes: + Being a subject matter expert for our ERP and related tools and processes + Working hands-on with the applications, customized reports, and backing SQL data + Collecting and analyzing product requirements + Authoring technical specifications + Developing and executing user acceptance test plans + Measuring the impact of enhancements and fixes on business outcomes + Creating and delivering training + ensure proactive management of technology projects and initiatives + partnering closely with internal customers and software developers to prioritize and execute solutions **What You Need to be Successful at McKinstry** + BA/BS degree desired, Masters a plus. + 2 years of experience in product management or software development preferred. + Experience with product management principles. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
