Contribute to overall data product strategy and roadmap, driven by user insight (both clients and internal stakeholders) and data analysis
Collaborate with lean agile teams to execute the overall product and company strategies as it relates to leveraging data and providing rich insights.
Manage go-to-market activities with cross-functional teams to ensure products have a successful launch and are supported throughout the business post-launch
Utilize metrics and key performance indicators to track product success and define areas for enhancements and optimization within the user experience
Understand and discuss technical concepts, and propose new product ideas with non-technical and technical employees
What a qualified candidate should possess:4+ years in relevant SaaS product management experience with exposure to both front-end user experiences and backend processes.
Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau.
A passion for data and a delivering customers value through data and analytics including ML and predictive methods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in product management functions - writing requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, market research, competitive analysis, product planning and reporting
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and external clients/partners
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
Understanding of the ticketing or live event industry a plus

Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
