What we are looking for: This passionate company is expanding and searching for motivated, talented and driven Product Manger to join our growing team. As part of the Product team, and working closely with the Lead Product Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle, designing and implementing next generation payroll solutions enabling our customers to streamline payroll activities across all regions and areas of their business. This is a truly exciting role, working with customer-facing systems, and leveraging the very latest technologies. Required capabilities: + Hands-on experience within high-performing teams, working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders. + Managing the interview, workshop and delivery timetable in order to meet deadlines. + Supporting the development team in story creation and refinement. + Experience of selecting and applying appropriate analysis techniques to elicit requirements/user stories, collaborating with development teams to ensure a solution that delivers real business value. + Suggesting improvements for, and outlining the benefits of improvements in production processes and providing process flow documentation. + Work closely with the Lead Product Manager to organise and refine a feature backlog. Desirable: + 2 years of experience working within a HR, payroll, financial or tech based environment + Can demonstrate that you take responsibility for your work and follow through on assigned work tasks and commitments + Experience working on large scale projects involving various applications and technologies + Skilled with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Experience with management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar for tracking projects and product development + Basic knowledge of relational databases and APIs + University degree or equivalent in a relevant or related field Where we're going: UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
