By combining **data science, automation, and strategic execution** , we give VRMs and other industries the tools to drive sustainable, direct revenue growth. **What You’ll Do:** + **Own the Direct Bookings product roadmap** – Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, market research, and business goals. + **Launch and iterate** – Work directly with VRMs to refine the product-market fit, ensuring a smooth GTM rollout. + **Partner with sales & marketing** – Develop positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that drive adoption. + **Contribute to AdTech initiatives** – Collaborate with internal teams on data-driven advertising strategies, integrating insights and expertise. + **Define and track success metrics –** Set OKRs for growth, conversion, and customer retention, ensuring continuous improvement + **Work across teams** – Coordinate with engineering, UX, and leadership to deliver a best-in-class product experience. **What We’re Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent job experience. + Minimum 1 year of **product management experience** , preferably with a focus on travel, AdTech, or marketplace products. + **Experience with digital marketing, performance advertising, or media buying** – Understanding of how data and automation drive ad platform performance. + **Familiarity with VRM, short-term rentals, or direct booking platforms** is a big plus, but not required. + **Strong GTM experience** – Comfortable working with sales and marketing to drive adoption and retention. + **Technical fluency** – Ability to work with engineering teams to translate business goals into product features. + **Entrepreneurial mindset** – Comfortable working in an early-stage product environment where you’re shaping direction and strategy. + **Exceptional communication skills** – Ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate product decisions. **Why Join Us?** + **Ground floor opportunity** – Shape a new product in a high-growth space. + **Cross-functional impact** – Work across product, sales, marketing, and AdTech teams. + **Empowered Product led Culture** – We operate within the empowered product model – leveraging research, data, and collaboration. **Additional Information** Advance Local Media offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with affordable options for your healthcare including medical, dental and vision plans, mental health support options, flexible spending accounts, fertility assistance, a competitive 401(k) plan to help plan for your future, generous paid time off, paid parental and caregiver leave and an employee assistance program to support your work/life balance, optional legal assistance, life insurance options, as well as flexible holidays to honor cultural diversity.
