Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Product Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. This role serves as the Product Lead for the Identity Management team, so experience writing user stories and managing a backlog is required. This role also requires data analysis acumen to interpret data and research to drive decisions and solutions. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the product lifecycle and development of initiatives for the Identity product portfolio, which includes customer authentication, login credential creation/recovery, and access to video streaming clients * Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, designing customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, marketing, finance, support, and operations) * Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to post-delivery result tracking * Partner with stakeholders to understand customer and business issues and then be able to articulate them with technical and design teams
