As a Product Manager, you will guide end-to-end product management—from research, strategy, and planning to product development, delivery, and measurement. In this role, you’ll work closely with the senior leaders to support and drive our growth initiatives. You’re passionate about staying customer-led, skilled at extracting insights through research, and data-driven in your decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end product management of our domestic brands, including research, planning, design, development, delivery, and measurement.Engage domestic audiences in collaboration with marketing, content, and sales through continuous improvement of existing products and feature sets.Be a subject matter expert in horse racing data, understanding data sources, quality, and best practices for product integration.Champion the voice of the customer and represent product values in alignment with the News Perform leadership model and culture.Contribute to the development of robust business cases and ROI analyses to justify product investments and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Collaborate closely with finance to help manage product budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance.Drive cross-functional partnerships with sales, marketing, content, technology, and other stakeholders to align product strategy with organisational objectives.Identify areas for growth and contribute to creating strategic marketing plans and product roadmaps to help drive product definition, design and development, customer engagement, and market penetration.Who are you?Exceptional skills in all facets of the product life cycle. \Strong knowledge of digital media products and subscription business models.Strong knowledge of measuring and tracking product performance and engagement.Proven ability to work alongside marketing and sales to design, build, deliver, and launch product innovations.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including collaboration and influence.
