Based in Singapore, the Product Manager will be responsible for driving Process Level sales in APAC through Direct Channels and LBP Channels. You will define and exceed sales goals for growth in Asia Pacific markets.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Formulates and implement strategies that support topline growth of Process Level business in Asia Pacific Gains awareness of new products with the sales channel, drive strategic direction, and imparts training where necessary while getting continuous market feedback. Develops short term, medium term, and long-term sales plans and business development opportunities across industries and geographies. Works closely with integrated marketing to help drive campaigns and participate/support events whenever necessary. Communicates and align with relevant customers providing business insight, progress on initiatives and plans, as well as highlighting concerns and opportunities. This will also include regular updates, interactions, and alignment with global management. Drive product and factory approval processes within identified Key Accounts. Support the Operations organization in forecasting a robust sales and operations plan Works with a large matrix organization, gaining mindshare, influencing behavior, and driving accountability. Complies to workplace safety rules and regulations and discharge other reasonable duties as required Who You Are: You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You understand internal and external customer requirements, expectations, and needs. You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 8-10 years of sales experience in Level instrumentation. Strong business sense, leadership, organizational, and planning skills with a focus on achieving outcomes. Strong technical ability, industry knowledge and regional awareness demonstrating business insight, customer focus and resourcefulness. Effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate across regions, business verticals and nationalities. Demonstrate thought leadership with an ability to think strategically, formulate plans, implement actions, and drive accountability. Display a passion towards inclusive growth, be a great teammate with intellectual integrity and taking ownership towards deliverables while working within the norms, regulations and culture defined by the company. Passionate about finding systemic resolutions with the ability to work with customers, be resilient and drive vision and purpose. Open to participating in cross functional teams and programs. Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific region 10-20% of the time. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience in working with teams, and large project management in complex organizations, is a plus.
