About the Role 

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to be a part of the the evolution of Mindbody’s payments ecosystem. As part of our global payments team, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance payment experiences, increase revenue, and expand international adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant payment solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Own and define the payments product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase adoption, and drive revenue. Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and researchers to execute high-impact payment solutions. Develop and scale payments products that support global markets, alternative payment methods (APMs), and regulatory requirements. Optimize transaction flows for reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency while improving merchant conversion rates. Drive key metrics such as authorization rates, payment success rates, chargebacks, and fraud reduction. Partner with external providers like Stripe and other PSPs to integrate best-in-class payment solutions. Collaborate with GTM teams to support the launch and adoption of new payment features and drive merchant engagement. Leverage data & customer insights to continuously improve payment processing, payout experiences, and international expansion efforts. 

Skills & Experience 

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in payments (B2B or B2C). Strong domain expertise in payments, including payment processing, authorization, settlement, fraud, chargebacks, and alternative payment methods. Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning with key business objectives. Experience working with payment service providers (PSPs), card networks (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and local payment methods. Strong analytical skills with experience using data & metrics to drive product decisions. Experience working with compliance, risk, and regulatory teams to ensure secure and compliant payment solutions. Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, legal, and operations teams. Preferred: Experience working at a US-based company and familiarity with international payment landscapes.
