**The Product Manager** is responsible for planning, executing, and closing a set of related projects within an organization. This role involves coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meets the program requirements. Also, plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and achieving organizational objectives. The scope of work includes messaging the product’s value to the market, defining user personas, developing product sales enablement, and creating the product’s GTM strategy. This individual will work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, QA, and Customer Advocacy to drive alignment and deliver differentiated products to the market.
**What you will be doing:**
**Product Management**
+ Accountable for all phases of product development per the PLP including VOC, market and product requirements, financial business case
+ Directs for the assigned business unit, product advancements for new products and platforms, extensions and feature upgrades of existing product and continuation engineering efforts. Is responsibility to coordinate, communicate and tradeoff decisions for future, current and past products.
+ Manage customer relationships.
**Team Leadership**
+ Create and manage the cross-functional development team – deliver products per spec and on schedule, develop the whole product criteria; set priorities and resolve conflict among team members.
+ Hold and ensure proper facilitation of cross-functional team, phase gate process, program readiness and lessons learned meetings.
+ Ensure all team members have an ongoing understanding and are committed to program deliverables.
**Must have for this role:**
+ 3+ years’ experience in product management
+ Bachelor’s in engineering, marketing, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience with an advance degree or PhD without experience or equivalent work experience
+ 2+ Years’ leading projects through stage gate processes.
+ 2+ Years experience working on complex VoC activities to gather, test, and synthesize conclusions on customer needs.
+ 2+years’ experience market sizing, financial analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning, pricing, promotion, and similar product management responsibilities
**Nice to have:**
+ Prior work on commercializing products requiring complex combinations of disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, SW, and materials engineering.
+ Previous experience using 3D printers.
+ Accreditations from Product Management or Project Management organization

For this position, the typical annual **starting** base salary is from $110,000-$140,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
