Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments, from SMBs to the largest global corporations.  The Core Products and Platforms team is part of VCS and works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world.

Within VCS, the Global Commercialization and Product Operations team supports the Global Platform, Product and Solution owners in transforming innovative ideas into market-ready solutions. We help guide them through the journey from Concept to Launch, and beyond. Specifically, the team develops and manages the product lifecycle management framework, oversees pricing and billing activities, manages 3rd party partners, and collaborates with product owners to create compelling documentation and sales enablement collateral.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team and lead documentation and sales enablement content creation and distribution for our commercial and small business products and services. This content will include ‘core’ collateral (what a product/solution is, how it works, etc.) and materials that enable sales teams to demonstrate product-market fit to their clients and prospects. Examples include:

Core documentation such as service description guides, service activation/implementation guides, end-user ‘how to’ guides, and FAQs

Sales training and educational content such as sales guides, playbooks, and tutorials

Sales enablement materials like product overview videos, interactive 'clickable' demos, sales presentations, use-cases, client testimonials / case studies, product positioning sheets, and competitive information.

This role will collaborate with product teams that follow Agile development practices as well as more traditional product development and delivery methods. Regular engagement with Client Services and the VCS Marketing organization will be required. Feedback sessions will be expected with Sales teams and Account Executives to lead to continuous improvement of our materials, driving increased sales, adoption, and revenue.

Essential Functions:

Create and update a wide range of ‘core’ documentation such as service description guides, service activation/implementation guides, end-user ‘how to’ guides, release notes, and FAQs for the full suite of VCS products, platforms, and solutions.

Create and update engaging and informative sales enablement content for the Sales teams, including client qualification tools, sales presentations, training materials, product guides, case studies, and more.

Create and update concise product overview videos and self-paced ‘clickable’ demo tools.

Work both independently and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and subject matter experts in Product, Client Servicing, Sales, and Support to identify, understand, and validate content needs related to product launches, enhancement releases, ad hoc updates, and advances in technology to ensure the highest quality deliverables and on-time distribution of our documentation.

Collaborate with product teams to be able to clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of each solution, as well as to develop a deep understanding of how each product works and how best to describe it to a client and/or end-user.

Collaborate with Sales and Account Executive teams to understand their needs and develop effective content that addresses them.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the content, making necessary adjustments to improve engagement.

Stay informed about industry trends and best-practices in technical documentation, content management, and effective sales enablement approaches.

Provide necessary training and support to the Client Servicing, Implementation, Technical Support, Sales and Account Executive teams to ensure they understand the content and know how to use it effectively with their customers.

Keep current with advances in general technologies such as Generative AI and find creative ways to apply them to new and existing content.

Apply project management techniques to support the content development lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
