Product Manager - AI Infrastructure

This role requires employees to be present in our San Jose, CA office up to four days a week. Your Impact As a product manager, you work will directly impact the success of our new AI Infrastructure. You will drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, support the roadmap, and ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities: * Product Strategy: Collaborate on defining the vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure solutions. * Market Insights: Research AI trends, perform competitive analysis, and understand customer needs. * Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into clear product specifications. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. * Feature Development: Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to execution. * User Feedback: Analyze feedback to prioritize product enhancements. * AI Infrastructure Focus: Gain expertise in AI infrastructure challenges like high-performance computing and scalability. * Documentation: Prepare user stories and product updates for stakeholders. * Metrics & Reporting: Track product performance and report insights to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or a closely related technical discipline, showcasing your foundational expertise in technology, product development and software engineering * 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role, where you are working cross functionally across various technical business partners such as Engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance or customer support. * Analytical and quantitative experience, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes such as but not limited to, conducting research on AI trends, competitive analysis, price/cost and margin analysis. Preferred Qualifications: * Comfortable delivering presentations to different audience levels, large and small * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams * Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail * Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Familiarity with product management tools such as, Jira, Confluence, Aha! \#WeAreCisco.
