Product Manager - Aladdin Risk, Vice President

The Aladdin Product Management team is responsible for the client and product strategy of Aladdin offerings to the firm and its clients. As the Aladdin Risk Product Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the team’s culture and vision from the very beginning. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology working horizontally with developers, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions empowering financial institutions. We seek an experienced and motivated leader to bring marketplace and financial institutions expertise to our emerging product management team focusing on Aladdin Risk, Aladdin’s mid-market offering. Strong candidates will bring a leadership voice, grounded in years of successful product management and client delivery. You will lead new product initiatives, oversee product roadmaps, and ensure unparalleled execution to deliver winning products. Success in this role will enrich Aladdin’s overall value, expanding our current offering with new solutions and workflows, reinforcing scale in segments where Aladdin Risk already has a position of strength, while also expanding to new markets through a modular and scalable product suite. **Key Responsibilities** + Build and influence an inclusive team across the product delivery value chain, from data, analytics and product development + Develop, own, and evangelize product strategy, including a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and key differentiators + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements, balancing client needs and business objectives + Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features through a strong partnership with engineering teams and leadership + Translate subject matter expertise of financial institutions and client feedback to build intuitive and scalable solutions empowering our user-base + Partner with client-facing teams to manage product launches, craft product campaigns and set target revenue outcomes + Act as a liaison between the product management team and leadership, communicating key updates and insights + Locally lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, fostering professional development and developing a strong product mindset across the team **Skills and Qualifications** + 8+ years of financial technology and related product experience. Intimate knowledge of financial institutions processes and analytical use-cases + Experience in working alongside technical teams in delivering scalable, modular platform capabilities to flexibly deploy analytical solutions to end-users + Proven success managing large, cross-functional, technical projects by delivering measurable value to demanding client communities. Experience of Cloud solutions a plus + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate up and down the organization + Proficiency working with both technical developers and financial modelers as well as business leaders and end users + Previous experience in client-facing roles covering financial institutions + Strong organizational, networking, problem-solving, and planning skills.
