Product Manager - Alto B2B SaaS - 12 Month FTC

Hybrid Working Pattern - 2 days per week in our London Bridge office.

The role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of Alto. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, working cross-functionally to ensure successful product execution and market adoption, and informing product strategy through feedback and learnings. 

Key Responsibilities: Understand customer base, competitor landscape, and market trends to make informed decisions.  Operate as a customer advocate.  Manage roadmap through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and customer feedback.  Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Managing product development processes in collaboration with engineering and design to deliver features to plan.  Working effectively with key business stakeholders to create successful  feature releases that deliver intended business results.  Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. Identify new opportunities for Alto backed by analytical thinking and data with clear understanding of business impact.  Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in a product management role within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of Agile or similar methodologies and product development processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and user research. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Nice to Have: Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams. Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
