Job Description

In this role you will lead two critical areas:
Technical leader for Application Manager Service: 
•    You will be responsible for manage overall service quality to achieve service delivery objectives and Key Performance Indicators, SLA, SLOs and SLI, focus on critical costumer Journey and communicate the status of the digital product. 
•    You will lead User Experience efforts for the service (create personas, user journeys, and user flows), focus on maximizing business value and improving employee productivity and experience through AMS products as well as ensure AMS Team follow P&G compliance and security policies. Collaborating closely with Service lines and Suppliers to ensure best in class service

National Instruments Product Owner: 
•    You will be responsible for understanding needs, creating adoption roadmap and initiatives, leading projects and continuous improvements. Understand use cases and needs, gather feedback, set and own strategy/roadmap, lead projects, own end user communications, create and maintain documentation, answer questions and understand upcoming changes. 
•    You will lead vendor management process with National Instruments and license management including the ownership of the cost charges for the organizations using them.
•    You will be responsible for driving continuous improvements within platform, curiosity to change and challenge status quo, looking for process automation and simplification. 
•    Build IT and National instruments apps capabilities while delivering upskilling initiatives for digital technology, lead the process maturity efforts to increase apps adoption. 
•    Own the crisis management activities to drive the restoration of service for high-impact outages within the region. Responsible for leading Blameless Post-Mortem ceremonies and final lessons learned. 

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or related fieldUX foundations knowledgeITIL basic knowledge (certification desired)Experience in ticketing system (Service Now desire) Data analytics and related tools knowledge IT Security and compliance knowledge (Can be develop in the role) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL4). (Certification is desired)Project Management knowledge, experience leading projects or at least the technical part of it (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, CCPM, etc.) (Desire) Strong leadership skillsProject management experienceDiverse and collaborative relationship building skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSupplier/vendor management experienceAbility to lead and embrace change and agilityFamiliarity with governance and IT security conceptsInterest in digital workplace technology and employee experience, Ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and embrace innovation. Entrepreneurs and Early adopter mindset embracing change and quickly adapt new ways of working and technologies. Excellent time management skills and experience working in a global environment without supervision.   customer-centric business approach, knowledge in UX and Desing thinking is a must The person in this role should be able to roll out the sleeves and work hand to hand with technical teams in deep dive investigations and RCA, process design and POC or Pilots
