Join as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in driving demand creation for our innovative solutions combating mycotoxins in animal nutrition. You'll shape global strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful initiatives to bring our products to market. Key responsibilities

Develop strategic/commercial plans together with the regions and drive the portfolio growth of the Mycotoxin Risk Management business on global level.Support development and drive implementation of the global product life cycle management and help to execute tactics.Develop value-based pricing strategy (value proposition/ROI vs alternatives, end-market, customer segmentation, value-mapping, etc…) and support regions with some routine checkpoints as well as regular talk sheets and guidance. Support negotiations at large accounts and secure must wins. Maintain a good understanding of competitive landscape. Run commercial operations (CRM, forecasts, phase ins/outs…)Technical sales support for large customers. Own technical story for the product portfolio, especially for new launches, help building the value proposition and train the sales organization accordingly.Be a proposal force when it comes to potential “solution /services offering” that helps differentiating / increasing market penetration / increasing market share.

You Bring

Business leadership with 10 years of experience in animal or agro business.Strong customer orientation.High degree of autonomy and entrepreneur mindset; Team player with good proven interpersonal skills.Ability to translate global strategy to regional/local markets reality (implementation); Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; strong presentation skills.Project Management experience highly preferable.University Degree or proven experience level to act accordingly.
